Short Summary

I am currently involved in the adult industry and in the 6 years that I have been involved in this world I have recognized a major epidemic in America - We are not comfortable with sex. America have one of the highest rate of std's, teen pregnancy, sexual violence, and divorce out of all industrialized nations and sexual repression is a large contributor to these problems. It is imperative that we change our attitudes about sex. 

I want to address social issues surrounding sexuality in America and help people become more informed about how our attitudes about sex are affecting our lives. Currently, we learn most about sex through marketing and media which misrepresents sexuality. In turn, this misrepresentation perpetuates harmful sexual stigmas, and we often end up blaming sex for many social problems. In my time in this industry I have seen people's lives change when they are given the tools to feel more comfortable with themselves which, in turn, has lead them to make better decisions. Sex is part of our lives and who we are, and if we continue down this current misguided path, America's problems associated with sex will continue to rise. 

This website and webisode series will give men and women a platform to discuss and learn about sex in a fun and comfortable way. I want to help people shed the inhibitions and negative attitudes that currently keep them from understanding themselves better - Hence the name Naked With Chanel. Help people shed their inhibitions and get metaphorically naked so they can lead more informed and fulfilled lives.
