Currently the rubber ducky has no-one to play with. Although this isn't the only reason we created Otto and friends, we think that children, parents and hipsters alike deserve another friend for the bathtub.

Our initial goal on Indiegogo is to fund the creation of Otto the Octopus, but we plan on producing the entire tight-knit group once we get through the hurdles of manufacturing Otto!

Otto is the loyal friend that we all need. He is always there for you to brighten your day. Otto loves leisurely swimming sideways & bopping around in the water.

Our goal is to make Otto and his family of friends real. This is why we need you. We are starting out with Otto the Octopus and will let you vote which one we make next!  The tooling is incredibly expensive and this is why we have to have such a high goal. :(

For now we will be giving one Otto to a child in need for each backer, no matter what level of donation you give!

If we exceed our goal we will be creating a series of stretch goals that will help us bring all of Otto's friends into the world much sooner.

If we get $45,000 we will be able to bring all of his friends into the world in the same timeframe as Otto himself!!!!!!!

Risks and challenges

A big challenge for us will definitely come with working with the manufacturer to ensure the highest of quality in every toy. Quality in the mold and the painting. We want to make sure that Otto comes out correctly. We may need to spend time readjusting the CAD for mold production but we are prepared for this in our timeframe.

Another challenge will be to meet the deadlines. Vinyl Toy production is new to us and we want to make sure that we are always ahead of the learning curve. We are going to work closely with the manufacturer to make sure that everything is running smoothly and that high quality toys are being made. We'll keep everyone updated on the process so that we're all on the same page! We hope to get Otto and his family of friends to you guys as soon as possible!
