Roger is an 85 year old retired police officer who lives in the city with his family, a city so overrun by crime and filth, the locals are afraid to go out at night. Roger is seemingly unfazed by the crumbling society in which he lives, choosing a simple life and remaining focused on the only thing that matters to him, his tight-knit family. minding his own business comes naturally to an old hard knock like Roger, until one day worlds collide when his loving family is shattered by the murder of his teenage grandson at the hands of a violent punk gang leader.
