Hi!
My name is Adriana and I am a concert pianist. I love playing the piano, I started by the age of 5, in my transilvanian village. (yes, I am a Transilvanian girl :) )
Meanwhile, there are 27 competitions that I won, a university that I graduated (the famous University of Music and performing Arts in Vienna) and a PhD that I am writing (about the beauty of music).
Due to the fact that I have the honor to take a master class in Luxembourg (July 14-25, 2013), I offer you the oportunity to join my class.
There, I can perfect my playing of French music: Maurice Ravel (the one who wrote the Bolero, but also wonderful piano pieces) and Francis Poulenc (the one who died exactly 50 years ago - in 1963 - and wrote an Hommage to the great French singer Edith Piaf).
The teacher Gabriel Tacchino was the last student of Francis Poulenc. This is my one chance to get all the little details from the first hand.
That is why I am kindly asking YOU for help. You can help me get this knowledge, which would help me play better, more beautifully. You would share this beauty because I am going to send you exclusive audio files from my next concert in Vienna (in October this year). Or maybe you come to the concert?
What I need
This is the list of how the money are to be needed:
320 € - airplane ticket, transport to and from the airports in Austria and Luxembourg
350 € - the participation fee at the master class
450 € - the price of the hotel (one place in a double room incl. breakfast, special price for the course participants, for 11 nights)
600 € - the price of eating in Luxembourg (one plate lunch and one plate evening; everything is pretty expensive there and I have no kitchen to cook for myself...)
150 € - indiegogo fees for this campaign
Total: 1.770 €
For this money I get the one life oportunity to prepare my French repertoire with the last student of one of the most important French composer. In Vienna, I studied the Viennese classics; I also already have a big French repertoire (played the Ravel concerto with orchester etc). The participation at this master course would qualify me as an expert. The public - and you - will hear the special French flair and this absolutely beautiful music will have that special something, that you cannot describe.
This would bring a little more beauty to this world, because love combined with mastery cures heart and soul.
Every penny is important to me, every note of my playing will benefit from it.
The effect
This is not my first master class, but no one treated the French music before.
As you can see on my website and in my bio, I play music with and for the people of this world. There were charity concerts for orphan children or for sick mothers, there were concerts for old people who couldn't go anymore to a concert hall, so we went to them and brought them music.
There is no way of expressing the feeling that you have, when you see the tears of an old, paralised man who cannot speak anymore and listens to your music. There is no way but music.
And you don't have to be other than healthy and happy to taste the sounds, to let go and fly with it. Music is beautiful. The theme of the 2.part of the Concerto in Sol of Maurice Ravel is one of the most beautiful pieces of music in the world.
Let you be a part of it, together with me; let's make music together and make this world more beautiful through it.
I have a Romanian blog, but on this occasion I am opening a special Luxembourg master class blog where I'm posting every day what I did and what I learned.
You will get exclusive audio files from the final concert in Luxembourg and also from my next concert in Vienna (October 2013), for your private music collection.
You can follow me online - you can also come live and meet me there and hear the music - that you helped rising.
If you don't have 100 or 10 or 1 € for me, than please...
... tell others about my piano course, maybe they have the money and need to invest them in something beautiful like music.
... check my website www.adrianapaler.com and stay in touch with my blog, future concerts and events.
THANK YOU!
