Plugzee uses low complexity sub-band coding and aptX codec for compression which streams music over Bluetooth in a lossless manner, without any change in the original quality of the song you are playing i.e. CD quality sound over Bluetooth.

Plugzee uses a power efficient Bluetooth 4.0 LE module that lets you seamlessly pair any generation Bluetooth device with the press of a button. The AptX streaming lets you stream high-resolution music over Bluetooth.

Shipping within India is free. If you reside outside India then you have to include International shipping charges. Shipping charges are as follows.

Manufacturing:

We have tied up and developed a close relationship with manufacturers from China, who have been producing electronics for over 7 years. Though we will do our best to deliver the perks to you before the estimated time, there can be unavoidable circumstances which can lead to manufacturing delays. We will do our best to deal with such issues and try to tackle them.

Taxes and Custom Duties:

For all international buyers, there are taxes and custom duties applicable depending on your country. While it may not be applicable for one or two units, we cannot assure you of this. Please confirm this with your local postal or foreign trade office.

Shipping:

We tried to keep the shipping costs minimal so you do not have to pay a high shipping fee. The downside, the delivery time is one to two weeks, and in some countries up to three weeks. All shipments will be trackable and registered. If you have a large quantity, or wish to receive the perk faster, we also provide expedite shipping for $25 with a delivery time of 3-4 days.

Fulfillment:

If the campaign raises funds way above its target, we will get more people on board to share the work load so we can fulfill your perks faster.

Why did we make it?

There are a few Bluetooth adapters out there but no such dedicated device that will give you HD sound along with good battery life, compatibility, and portability. That's why we came up with Plugzee.

How do I know you will deliver?

The founder of this project has single handedly run a successful Indiegogo campaign in the past and fulfilled it. Now we're a team of five, a lot more potential. If the campaign spikes up beyond our expectations we will recruit more individuals to deliver on time.

When will you start shipping?

Expected date of shipping is July 2015, we will try and deliver before that.

I live in a foreign country, will you ship to my address?

Yes, we are shipping all over the world, make sure you add your International shipping fee depending on the perk chosen. Read 'shipping' section for more details.

Do I have to manually add shipping?

Since shipping will vary depending on your order we request you to add it manually. We do not want to charge everyone the same since it will turn out expensive for some perks.

Why don't you have Paypal as a payment option?

In early 2011, the Reserve Bank of India passed a regulation that restricts Indian accounts from receiving funds from accounts outside India. Only Indian accounts can send funds to other Indian accounts via PayPal. We regret the inconvenience caused due to this.

What if I forgot to pay for shipping?

Don't worry if you've forgotten to add shipping. Refer to the shipping section for the shipping you'll be charged and make a contribution of the same amount. Make sure you send us a message once you've done this.
