About the Story
Lobby Washington, a U.S. Army Veteran, returns home from serving in OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM. He struggles with guilt from following the order to kill an Iraqi child. Returning to his home, in Brooklyn, New York, everything and everyone is a constant reminder of his deployment in Iraq. With the help of a homeless veteran, a Muslim cab driver, a random civilian female and his younger brother, Lobby learns to accept what he cannot change, to change what he can and gains the wisdom to know the difference.

It is not only for military soldiers, but also for all of us who have dealt with trauma and who have reached a critical turning point in our lives. Hopefully this film will help to develop optimistic expectancies and facilitate with gaining wisdom for a brighter tomorrow.
Please contribute whatever you can to this campaign. We humbly seek your help and your support to provide decent compensation, as well as meals, for our cast and for our crew. We also need to purchase/rent props, equipment and locations.
Your kind contribution to this project can help produce a film with a subject, that is so poignant and relevant to our society at this moment, that it must be seen and thus, it must be made.
Help us reach out to our heroes who return home feeling dejected, used and disregarded. Assist us with letting them know that they are not alone, nor are they unheard or unappreciated. Please facilitate us with providing a therapeutic voice for our brothers and sisters who are on the brink of self-destruction.
