Who I Am

• My name is Sander Borgeson and I live in Santa Cruz California. I have been making things for as long as I can remember and currently I love to paint. I applied to the Summer Program at the San Francisco Art Institute and I was accepted and received a partial scholorship to attend.  The program is an intensive college prep course for high school kids. The classes are taught by SFAI faculty and students come from all over the world to participate. I will receive credit for attending the program and the experience will support my desire to attend a four-year art school.

What I need

• The tuition for the 5 week program is $5000 and received $2000 in scholorship money. My goal is to raise enough to cover the remaining tuition and fees and have money to cover materials costs. I'm signed up to take Painting and Installation Art.

Why It's Good

•  Living in San Francisco and studying art is like a dream for me. I can't even imagine all the ways this would affect me personally and as a young artist. I am asking for your support to help make this happen. Thank you!
