So, I wrote a game called School Daze. I was really happy with how it did. Recently, it did something I didn't expect.

That right there? That means that School Daze was chosen for a Judges' Spotlight ENnie award this year. They announced those choices before GenCon so people could be there to accept their awards.

That's super-amazing!

Like, I can't believe that I got that honor.

Here's the problem: I'm out of print copies of School Daze. My printer has a quick turnaround, so I can get them in time, but Sand & Steam Productions doesn't have enough funds to order as many copies as I would want to. Here's where you come in.

School Daze: Honor Roll

I've had this idea kicking around for a while and this seems like the perfect time to execute it. School Daze: Honor Roll is a small supplement to School Daze. It details how I run games of School Daze, how to work with a table in a game that's as open as this, and how to hack the game to make it whatever you want it to be.

This supplement is going to be 16 pages long, published digitally with the option to do print-on-demand from DriveThruRPG. I'm looking at a delivery date of October/November to give myself the time I need to do this properly. All of the funds from this campaign will go towards print copies of the original game, with a few exceptions.

Daniel Solis - You guys remember this dude, right? He did the amazing layout for School Daze and he's back for round two. I'm thrilled to have him on board!

Brian Patterson - You guys should also remember Brian, as he did the cover and all of the interior art for School Daze. He's back again and will be contributing a new cover and three new interior pieces for Honor Roll.

Elizabeth Barnett - My wife and editor for One Shot, she makes my words shine and she has attention to detail like none other. I'm paying her for her work because her work is worth it.

School Daze wouldn't be where it is without crowdfunding. If we meet this goal, I get a great team to produce Honor Roll. If we don't meet the goal, Honor Roll will still get made, it just won't be as fancy. All money raised beyond production costs for Honor Roll will go to print copies of School Daze. If we happen to exceed the $500 goal, we might get more print copies of One Shot as well!
