MOBBO is a tripod holder, a camera grip and a stand for your smartphone. It fits almost all models and is extremely secure

With MOBBO you will be able to hold your smartphone in many different ways for taking wonderful pictures and videos. Its grip range goes from 48 mm up to 90 mm and thanks to its pressure screw and its rubber pads, MOBBO will hold your phone securely even under extreme conditions. MOBBO can be used with almost any smartphone. with or without a case. No matter if you use an iPhone, a Galaxy, a Nexus, an Xperia or any other model. It has a 1/4-20 tripod thread at its base, so you can mount the MOBBO on any tripod. If you fix the MOBBO to the right side of your smartphone, it will work as a camera grip. It stands on it own, in both landscape or portrait mode, so you can take "selfies", panoramas or time lapse movies when travelling. You can also use it as a desk stand for browsing or edditing your pictures and clips.

NANO is a grip extension for your MOBBO

NANO is a small grip extension for your MOBBO. It is made from black anodized solid aluminum and will convert your MOBBO into a comfortable camera grip for taking better pictures and filming steady videos. MOBBO + NANO just slips into your pocket and is perfect for travelling and sports. If you're looking for a full handle, you might preffer selecting the HANDDO. Take a look below!

HANDDO is a universal handle that can be attached to your MOBBO or to any other camera.

HANDDO is an ergonomic handle machined from solid aluminum that can be attached to your MOBBO or to any other camera. With HANDDO you will be able to take steady video clips, "stretch-arm" portraits or film yourself. Experiment with low shots or high angle views, ... and yes, you can also use your HANDDO if you already own an iPhone tripod mount like the "glif". It is finished with durable black anodized coating and includes a rubber pad to protect your camera.

THIS IS A CROWDFUNDIND PROJECT, YOU MAKE IT POSSIBLE

Crowdfunding is a new way for transforming creative ideas into reality. Our goal is to reach 45.000€ for funding the plastic injection moulds and the toolling required for manufacturing. If enough people "pre-order" the MOBBO and the HANDDO on this site before August 18, we will be able to make this project possible. In the meanwhile, Indiegogo will retain all the funds and will only give us the money at the end of the campaign if we succeed. If that occurs, we will manufacture the MOBBOs and the HANDDOs and will ship them to you by the end of November. In case we don't reach our goal, then you will get your money back, we will not receive a cent and the project will not be done. If you want to help this project come true, you can choose one of the perks on the right column and make your contribution.

PRICES ARE IN € BUT YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE IN US$ OR IN ANY OTHER CURRENCY

Prices are in EUROS because our design studio is based in a EURO-ZONE country. Anyway, once you make your contribution, PayPal will automatically convert your charge into your local currency according to the official exchange rate.

PLEASE ADD "MANUALLY" YOUR SHIPPING COSTS!

Remember adding your shipping costs if you order from outside the province of Barcelona. Shipping costs are 8€ for most perks and 21€ for the 3 FRIENDS PACK. For doing so, once you are in the contribution screen you will have to EDIT MANUALLY the price that appears in the white bar. Delete the prize you see (for example €39) and type the new amount including your shipping costs (for example €47) That will mean that you are contributing with 39€ for your product + 8€ for your shipping costs.

We are a team of engineers, architects and designers that help companies to innovate through design and technology. We design products, services, spaces and brands, but some months ago we decided to create a brand of our own, SHOULDERPOD, and our first products; MOBBO and HANDDO, a holder and a handle for helping people tell better stories with their smartphones. Why we need your help?

Because we need a minimum number of pre-orders to fund the injection moulds and tooling required to manufacture the MOBBO and the HANDDO. At the moment we have completed the design process, we have built and tested the prototypes, we have designed a wonderfull packaging and we are ready for investing in production. And here is where you come in. So if you want to participate in making this project possible, you can support us by placing a pre-order, and only if we meet our funding goal, will you be charged for your contribution. In return we will send the MOBBO and the HANDDO to you as soon as they pop out from our Barcelona workshop.

How long will it take us?

Our Indiegogo campaign will end on August, 18. If we make it, we will receive the funds two weeks later. Manufacturing the injection moulds and tooling will take us arround two months and a half, plus three more weeks for production and logistics. We expect shipping our first units to you by the end of November 2013. Need an idea for your Christmass gifts? Here you are!
