What happens if we don't reach our goal? - If the funding goal isn't reached, we will still ship all orders. 

Where can I specify my color preference? IndieGoGo doesn't have a feature for this during the check out process so just send us an email to indie@kandypens.com with your name, when you ordered, and color preference. 

Is my contribution for a product that hasn't been manufactured yet? - No, our second generation of SkyCloud has arrived as of March 1st! All colors are available now for pre-order. 

Is there combustion inside the dry tobacco chamber of the SkyCloud? -  This is a great question. Presently, there is a small amount of combustion inside the dry tobacco chamber. We are currently developing a ceramic and glass insert for the dry tobacco chamber that will separate the heating coil from the tobacco. We will ship this to all customers who request it once it has been manufactured. 

Who can I contact with questions? - You can send us an email any time to indie@kandypens.com and we will get back to you as soon as humanly possible. Please allow 24-48 hours due to the popularity of the campaign. Thank you. 

How can I order accessories? - You can add any of the accessories to your order by adding their price to your contribution amount. After you make your contribution, send us a quick email at indie@kandypens.com, mentioning what accessories you've added and the total value of your contribution. For example: A $99.00 Basic Kit SkyCloud with an extra $49 battery. Contribute $148, and then send a quick email mentioning that the extra $49 was for the battery. 

I've already made an order, but I'd like to add some additional accessories. - You can add accessories at any time, even after you've placed an order. Just click the "Contribute Now" button on the upper right-hand side of the page, and contribute again for the price of the accessories you've added. When you've checked out, send a short email to indie@kandypens.com telling us what you did.  

Do I need to add international shipping to Canada? - Yes, but if the shipping ends up costing less than $30, we'll issue you a refund for the difference. 

Do I need to add extra shipping for more than one SkyCloud? - No, if the number of SkyClouds you are ordering is 4 or less, you can just pay the $30 shipping. If ordering more than 4, contact indie@kandypens.com

How long does the battery take to charge? - This depends on what type of USB port you're using. A high-current wall charger (like the kind for the iPad) will take 1 hour, while charging from a computer will take 2-3 hours.  

Can I downgrade my order? - You must contact indiegogo directly to do this. We have no access to the money raised until we reach our goal, so we cannot issue refunds at this time. Indiegogo can help you. 

Is the SkyCloud's technology patented? -  We are currently in "patent-pending" status. 

How does the Lifetime Warranty work? - We are so confident in the quality and workmanship of the SkyCloud we are offering a Lifetime Warranty on the battery. We will replace the battery for any defects due to technical dysfunction. Please contact support@kandypens.com for any support related issues. 

Are the atomizers also under the Lifetime Warranty? - Unfortunately, no. The atomizers may need to be replaced over time. Please contact sales@kandypens.com for our price list on replaceable atomizers.
