So Dark is a new web series and future feature film surrounding Sean, a 200 year old cursed vampire with a conscience who kills only bad people. He's sort of like the Dexter of vampires!

If you're sick of modern vampires (like, uh, Twilight) then these films are for you!

We've already made two films (Episode 1 & 2 check them out below) on extremely low budgets because we're all passionate about bringing "old school" vampires back to the screen. 

In this 3rd film we want to show that there can be original vampire related stories outside of Twilight. We want to make a film that will help put us, and our lead vampire Sean, on the map. Specifically, we feel that once we've made our 3rd film in this series we'll be able to grab the attention of either Hollywood, or TV networks so we can continue on with the series and even start shooting our feature film version of So Dark later in the year.

If you're a vampire fan AND ANTI Twilight fan, then rest assured that you are helping filmmakers bring back the real vampires to the silver screen.. Vampires that explode in sunlight not sparkle!

With your pledge, you're going to help us make the 3rd film in the series. The film will be about 20-30 mins long and continuing where we left off in So Dark Episode 2. With your help, we will then be in a good position to make So Dark the movie. A full-length feature film that is unlike any other Vampire film you've seen before.

So Pretty proved that there was an audience out there that were sick of the modern spin on Vampires (ie Twilight). It instantly gained nearly 100,000 views on Youtube and created a core fan base. We've had some great press coverage from the likes of Ain't It Cool News, Film School Rejects, GeekTyrant, Bloody-Disgusting and more.

So off we went and made another film, and sequel to So Pretty. We completed this film in May 2013 and called it "So Dark". Following his actions in the first film, Sean, a 200-year-old vampire with a conscience, has now been arrested for murdering a pedophile on a late-night Miami train. Unaware that they have a vampire in their custody, Miami Police hand the investigation over to F.B.I. agent Wilburn, who is the head of a clandestine task force that hunts, tortures, and kills vampires. As sunrise approaches, Sean must find a way to escape or risk becoming one of her experiments.

So Dark involves an amazing all-Florida cast including Jeremy Palko (Never Back Down, Vampire Diaries, Burn Notice) as the cursed vampire Sean , Keri Maletto (TS-101, Quarterlifers, 5th of a Degree) as the cold-blooded FBI Agent Wilburn and Julie Kendall (Girls Gone Dead, 5th of a Degree), as a woman down on her luck who wants to become a vampire like Sean. The film also has a great supporting cast including Todd Bruno (Film Riot, Tell) and Wil Jackson.

So What Now?

We keep getting asked all the time "So what happens next with Sean?" and with that in mind we put pen to paper and churned out the next episode in the series. For now we're calling it So Dark Episode 3, and it's going to be bigger and badder than the previous two! But this is also where we need your help!

So Dark Episode 3

Sean has escaped Miami PD and now, thirsty for blood, is on the hunt for his next victim. While Sean hunts his prey, Detective Russo is hot on the heels of Sean. As he tries to piece the puzzle together he soon realizes there is more to Sean than he first realized.

Jeremy Palko as "Sean"

Jeremy plays Sean, the 200 year old Vampire in the So Dark series and upcoming feature film. Jeremy has also been seen in such television shows as "Are We There Yet?", along side Terry Crews and Anthony Anderson as well as USA's, "Burn Notice" and the CW's, "The Vampire Diaries" along side Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev.

Todd Bruno as "Detective Russo"

Todd plays Detective Russo in So Dark episode 3. Todd is a graduate of The Neighborhood Playhouse with a Theater Degree from Vanderbilt University. Over the past 20 years, he has performed in, written and directed more than 50 productions for the stage and screen. Todd is well known for his many appearances on the popular show Film Riot and his role in the short film Tell and more recently Proximity

Keri Maletto as "Agent Wilburn"

Keri plays FBI Agent Wilburn in So Dark Episode 3. Keri is a talented Actress and Producer from South Florida and popular TV host on HSN. She is a key to the success of So Dark, which she starred in and produced, and additionally was 1st Assistant Director on "So Pretty".
