OUR GOAL
Our idea is to develop and manufacture these practical, lightweight, functional and sporty solar backpacks, so that anyone in any part of the world at any time can charge their electrical device and always be connected.
You will find that there are a variety of solar charging products on the market, which are not only expensive, heavy and uncomfortable to carry or use but are designed with solar panels which will never offer a efficient performance.
HOW DOES OUR SOLAR BACKPACK WORK?
The solar backpack is designed with a flexible, removable solar panel and a variety of power adapters which enable you to charge directly your electrical device no matter where you may be. The most important points of our solar panels are; lightweight, flexibility and power production.. incorporated within the USB connection on the panel, is a voltage regulating microchip which regulates the power output, maintaining 100% the power flow always at 5V.
It also gives you the option to charge a lithium-ion battery or any kind of rechargable battery with a USB connection, which can be used in moments when it is not possible to connect up directly to the sun.

INVESTIGATION
After collaborating with one of the top solar energy companies in the development of a variety of solar farms in Spain, our research has shown that the flexible panels, in comparison to the majority of rigid panels, are much more effective , meaning our devices are charged much more efficiently.

The initial backpack is a blue/grey colour, but we shall be offering them in other fashionable colours to capture clients of all ages and tastes.

The backpack is designed to hold all the new technological portable electronic devices and contains a sleeve in its interior to store laptops of up to 17” and to charge a tablet, ipad, GPS etc., and a variety of extra pockets which are ideal for holding accessories or mobile phones etc.

OUR OBJECTIVE
We have been working on the idea of this product for many months. We have travelled the world, meeting with designers and manufacturers and have choosen the materials to make this product the most efficient and productive.
The product has been tested and is now ready for large scale production.

We have the best suppliers and manufactures ready and just need to raise this money to meet the initial order quantity of 300 units. If we are able to raise more than this initial amount we will be able to produce a greater quantity which shall reduce the production costs, meaning we can reduce the retail price, thus making this product the best value on the market and also making the solar backpack accessible to everyone, but always maintaining the quality.
We already have meetings organised to hold enviromental awareness conferences in schools, explaining the importance of renewable energy now and for the future. Your collaboration will give us the chance to produce this innovative product giving our future generations the chance to step forward into a healthier, greener enviroment. Enabling people to always be connected, no matter what the circumstances. Never again will they be in a difficult situation with not enough battery power to make that important call or connect with the ones they love.
