Shipping/Delivery Schedule
Our first run is limited due to our initial order of fabric. We wanted to make sure we had the materials in hand to manufacture. If we surpass our goal we will open up new perk levels for second run of later shipping. The campaign will end early October and production will begin in mid-October. Items will ship in late November.
Risks and challenges
The team has spent a lot of time building relationships with our vendors and an experienced manufacturer to plan our production schedule with as few risks as possible. Even so, the unexpected can happen. We believe in transparency and clear communication, if anything changes you’ll know first.

I’m in SF, can I try these on?
We have only a small size range of prototypes. If you are concerned with the sizing, please email us with specific questions and we can help you choose the size that is best for you. Email team@iladora.com.
How much is shipping?
If in the US shipping is included. If outside of the US please add $30 to your order during the checkout process. This is a flat fee for international shipping.

How do I order my size?
When the campaign is over we will contact you to capture your correct size information. If you are between sizes we recommend ordering the size down. Please use our fit guide as a resource and specifically the hip measurement, keeping in mind that the pant has a nice amount of stretch.
If my size doesn’t fit can I exchange it?
Yes, of course you can exchange your size. We are all about keeping our customer happy! If you follow the fit guide you really should not have a problem, but just in case, please let us know quickly so that we can make sure you are the next in line for the correct size.
How do I order the color I want?
You pick your color based on the IndieGoGo perk - each level has a choice for Folsom Black or Sansome Grey.
Can I contribute a larger amount?
Of course you can and we encourage you to do so. That is the beauty of Indiegogo. We may even throw in something special for you.
Do you make sizes smaller than 0 or larger than 14?
Currently our size range is 0-14. If we receive overwhelming requests from our customers to increase our size range, we will definitely do that for our next run in manufacturing.
