The World’s First Solar-Powered Refrigerating Cooler
A new technology revolutionizing Vaccine Transport and redefining the beach cooler
We have developed a revolutionary
technology that we hope will significantly impact how vaccines are
transported around the world.
Help us get the Solar Refrigeration movement off the ground!
We believe
that in this era, access to refrigeration is not a privilege, but a
right for the
entire world to enjoy. This is why we have worked so hard designing
and refining our technology into a portable rugged package for anyone to
use. Whether you are transporting valuable vaccines
across the globe, or keeping your beer cold on a relaxing summer day.
- : Adopt a Vaccine SolarCooler in Action : -
There
are many ways that you can help us make a difference. we are offering
the opportunity to sponsor a pilot run of our first Vaccine SolarCooler's
thought medical camps in Africa. as an individual, you can sponsor the
Vaccine SolarCooler's by having your name or phrase printed on the
cooler for $2 per letter. for example "in loving memory of Helen
Taylor" printed on the side of our Vaccine SolarCooler will help get
this project off the ground. if you are a corporation and want to be a
sponsor, you can put a logo on the cooler for $100 per square inch.
Each sponsor will be able to track their Vaccine SolarCooler's through
their journey, and receive photo updates of the SolarCooler's in action.
: Robin Hood business model :
A
percentage of each SolarCooler sale will go towards providing those in
developing countries without the luxury of a power grid with their very
own SolarCooler.

How can you help?
This development has gone as far as it can go, and now we need
your help! The SolarCooler is ready for production, but that last
funding hurdle still needs to be jumped. This is where you guys come
in: if enough people purchase a SolarCooler, I can flip the switch on
for manufacturing not only the recreational cooler, but the cooler that
will make medical vaccine transport possible.
We need to sell a minimum of 250 coolers to break even on the costs
of materials and tooling that it takes to produce the SolarCooler. Once
we reach our goal (and hopefully, exceed!), we can start cranking away
on manufacturing and shipping!
The Impact:
So what's the impact that portable, solar-powered refrigeration can
have? Good question… its huge, and the benefits span much further than
cold beer for the beach. We intend implement our technology into the
cold chain, transporting vaccines safely around the world and into the
hands of those in need. Much of this world is without the luxury of a
power grid at their fingertips, and we plan on providing these
developing countries with the basic need of refrigeration for their
perishables and medications. Aside from this, we can also bring light
into their home at night by powering LED lighting that’s plugged into
the SolarCooler.
And in the consumer market, our goal is to change how the world
perceives refrigeration and power. In this day and age, we believe everyone
should have the luxury of portable refrigeration. The SolarCooler
allows you to be free to explore, camp, boat, tailgate, and hit the
beach without worrying about ice or running out of cell phone battery.
Need ice for a game, day drink, or margarita? The SolarCooler will make
the ice AND power the blender.

We use our advanced power path management circuity to harmonize the
load demands of the refrigeration process, the inflow of photovoltaic
energy, and energy storage in the internal batteries. The SolarCooler
uses a highly efficient variable speed vapor-compression refrigeration
cycle. Our solar panels are high quality flexible and durable.
