Funding Goal
The Volcano shown on this page is our fully working prototype. With your support, we will manufacture the Volcano and deliver it to your doorstep. The funding goal of $50,000 is necessary for manufacturing costs allocated towards:
- Production costs (Molds, tooling, assembly, components, quality control)
- Packaging and peripherals
- Electronics certifications
- Distribution to end users
We want everyone to experience the Volcano first hand. Therefore we have allocated our own budget towards non-manufacturing costs related to the production of Volcano including R&D, design, development, project management, logistics, support, and risks of production and financial risks.
Production Plan
We have lined up excellent manufacturing partners, and will deliver the Volcano according to the schedule in the campaign. Upon funding of this IndieGoGo campaign, we will proceed to manufacturing the first Volcano units.
Because we have already completed the prototype stage, we are in the position to shorten the manufacturing cycle and deliver the units in the shortest possible time according to the schedule. Additional minor project tasks to be completed include product improvement tweaks, packaging design, quality control, and detailed user manual creation.
Our passion is development, production and manufacturing. We have manufactured significant number of products and components in the past and have always met or exceeded our production timetables. We know the nature of the challenges we may encounter and how to overcome them. We look forward to communicating with you, and can't wait for you to get your own Volcano.
