Our Goal

Who We Are

We are Somnium Animation, an independent animation company based in Las Vegas. Founded in 2012 by core members of our sister company, Somnium Productions, we are a passionate group of like-minded artists who were raised by cartoons and dreamed of one day creating our own series. That dream has materialized into our original, indie-animated web series, “The World According to Ninja".

Our aim is simple: raise enough money to buy the key members of our animating team much needed equipment that would exponentially increase their productivity. We have the passion, we have the drive, we have the dream; we don’t have enough quality tablets to go around.

What We Need

$6,000

WACOM Cintiq 13 HD Digital Tablets

Our goal for this campaign is to reach $6,000. The funds raised will go to purchasing new digital tablets for the core animators/artists on our team.

Wacom currently sells their new model of Cintiq tablets for $999 each. These tablets are vastly superior to the older model tablets currently in use by our team. 

The new HD screens provides our artists real time High Definition images as they draw on the screen as well as increased pressure sensitivity giving them even greater control.

Of the $6,000 goal, we will use $5000 to obtain five Wacom Cintiq 13HD tablets. The remaining $1000 will then be used for the campaign rewards and film festival submissions.
