Short Summary

Hi everyone. Thank you so much for checking out our project. We are a group of people from the SoCal (ish) area who love the show Teen Wolf. Our group attends cons regularly for different shows but we felt something was missing. We saw a Teen Wolf convention go over wonderfully in London and figured, hey, we want one HERE (here being Los Angeles). As a group of people who've attended various cons of various fandoms in various locations, we feel we're qualified to bring you what we hope will be an amazing experience for you and everyone else involved. On the show, you know that "the bite" is a gift and we hope you'll all feel the same about our convention. 

What We Need

As I'm sure you can assume, running and funding a convention isn't cheap. We're working with a wonderful hotel, the Four Points by Sheraton LAX, who are really cutting us a deal compared to some of the other places in the city... and while it's a deal, it's still expensive. Here's a little list of what we need your help funding: 

• Website/Advertising
• Insurance
• Printing (t-shirts, schedules and maps of the con layout, wristbands, banners, and badges, and eventually DVDs)
• Hotel Room Rental (the hotel has been so gracious and has blocked off all the space we'd need for our group- a ballroom where the panels will be held, a VIP room for the cast, the room for karaoke, a vendor room and our photo-op room)
• Audio/Visual techs (they'll be bringing in equipment to help us record the con as well as providing the microphones/speakers so everyone can hear and the screens so everyone can see.) 
• Food/Beverage (part of the package with the hotel space rental is food and beverages. we have a minimum amount that we are required to spend so some meals/snacks will be provided for you)

Also note, the more funding we are able to initially generate will help keep the costs of the actual convention entry down though we hope you'll still consider buying entry ahead of time as we feel the perks are pretty sweet :)

Pass Types and Perks of Donating Early

Our con is going to have three different ticket levels. There will be an Alpha which is the highest, the Beta which is second, and the Pack which is third.

Here's a breakdown of what you can expect with your ticket package: (* detonates a perk for IGG backers ONLY)

Alpha:

• autographs from the principle cast members in attendance (plus Jeff Davis)
  
• an exclusive panel featuring Jeff Davis
• BITEcon t-shirt
• BITEcom button/bracelet
• free entry into the Howl At The Moon karaoke party
• A hand stamped triskele bracelet *
• preferred seating in the Alpha rows *

Beta:

• autographs from the principle cast members in attendance (plus Jeff Davis)
• discounted Howl At The Moon karaoke ticket
• BITEcon t-shirt
• BITEcon bracelet/button 
• preferred seating in the Beta rows *

• admittance to the convention
  
• preferred seating in the general admission rows *
• discounted BITEcon t-shirt *
• discounted Howl At The Moon Karaoke ticket *
