The spring leg of the Ticked Off Music Fest kicks off on June 15, 2013 at the World Cafe Live at the Queen in Wilmington, DE.
Music acts include Melissa Cox, The Zen Engines, Cliff Hillis, Laura Cheadle, John & Brittany and schroeder.

A majority of the proceeds from this event will go to the . The organization is dedicated to raising awareness, supporting research and promoting advocacy to find a cure for tick-borne diseases, including Lyme. Further proceeds will go to the Inanna House, an inpatient recovery center for chronic Lyme sufferers.
Lyme and tick-borne diseases are the fastest growing infectious diseases in the country and Pennsylvania in particular has had the most reported cases of Lyme in the last year. The goal is to drive awareness, give tips on prevention, connect those suffering from illness with Lyme-educated doctors, and to educate on the many symptoms of the diseases.
