We are To Leave A Trace!

Our discorgaphy consists of two albums: "Fight Your Evil Side" (2009) and "Boatman Is The Hero" EP (2011). Third album called "Black Light" is on the way and we want to record it on the beginning of this summer. It will be full-length album with beautiful artwork, digipack. Currently we are in the process of pre-production of new songs and plan to do recording in Poland at Aurora Studio. Mixing and mastering will be done at Covenant Studio by Joshua Barber (Norma Jean, Hands, Everything In Slow Motion, Solace, Your Memorial).

We have this chance to work with the sound producer who really knows his job. Will this happen if we make it independently? No, seriously friends, there’s no way To Leave A Trace can release this record without you. So, we really need everyones help to make it happen.

Supporting this project you will ensure that our next album is the best sounding music we can possibly create, making you an integral part of the whole thing. We are thankful to have the most wonderful supporters in the world and we hope so much to reach our goal.

We are shooting for the financial goal of 8,500$

These money are needed to pay for recording, mixing, mastering of the album and associated travel expenses. Every dollar we raise over this number will be used to promote the new album once it's released, because we really want it to reach as many people as possible. With additional funds we can take this record on the road and possibly make a video clip for a new song.

Risks and Challenges

Our biggest challenge is time and money.

As with any big project there's always the possibility of unexpected delays, especially with printing but we feel confident that with our hard work and your support, we will meet our deadline, and our new album will be released on August 2013.

About Album

This album was named Black Light, with one of the songs title. It shows a picture of a man travelling through life surrounded with dark light. This light depics the radiance coming from the pain in a soul that we all happen to experience. Sometimes life is dark and we turn our pain into arrows and keep it within. Black light is the light of pain, light of this world which wants to capture us, wants to make our smile dissapear, wants to deprive us of hope.

With all lyrics of this album we want to say that the path of a man though is through the valley of death but at the same time is surrounded with bright celestial light. It gives hope, piece, love and takes away regrets. Our lives are precious. We are the light, we are the fire, we are stars created to shine and give to others love of God, hope, friendship. This is the beauty of our journey, to find one’s heart and let it shine.

Defeating the black light we change the fate.

About Album Cover
