What Makes This Documentary Creative?
The documentary will be freely available on the http://ToxicBiology.com/ website for all to view and benefit from. The material will be separated into navigable sections, which the user can easily skip between, or open the playlist menu to go straight to the desired section of the video.
It is a finite project in that it will be considered complete when
the original goal of providing the visitor with the information
necessary to reach a basic understanding of the pathologies is met.
Then, with time, new material will be added to explain things in more
detail and add new information and provide better quality animations,
etc.
We wanted to take a different approach with this project, and make
it into a dynamic learning experience that grows with time. We do not
know any other documentary that has taken this liberal and interactive
approach, and we think this is a fairly original and creative idea.
What Do You Need Funding For?
We do not currently own any professional cameras or other recording equipment, so we would need to purchase quality gear for shooting a documentary - consisting of a good video camera for shooting film, and, a condenser microphone for voiceovers and narratives. We may need to pay a freelance animator for some parts of the documentary. We may also need to purchase stock medical footage to use in the documentary. We would like to interview a couple of doctors i have come across which seem to be among the few who know any thing about these pathologies. We also need to cover transportation expenses throughout the process.
What Is This Documentary About?
Most doctors refuse to acknowledge the underlying link between: cancer (especially leukemia and lymphoma), ADHD, autism (including aspergers), schizophrenia (and demntia), alzheimers, parkinsons, diabetes, arthritis, asthma, CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome aka myalgic encephelomyelitis), and many other conditions. We are here to tell you that they do have a common link, and that link is the main driving force behind those conditions.
This documentary will cover the story of vector, the project's producer and researcher, briefly, so that you can get a quick understanding as to how wide reaching the effects are of some of the process behind many of the most common afflictions that are ignored by the medical industry; then it will go on to cover the research he has done, the understanding he has developed as to the pathophysiology of these afflictions; finally, it will cover the surprising conclusions that may change the lives of many, by offering a permanent solution to reverse the main processes involved in these conditions, for the first time in medicine.
How Did You Get Into This Field?
This all started when i started getting very sick, and none of the 13+ doctors i went to would take my complaints seriously, even though it was clear that i was simultaneously developing leukemia and lymphoma as well as schizophrenia. They took all my money, did nothing to help me, and ignored me when i finally lost my job and went broke.
He is not very fond of going crazy and dying, so he decided to start doing his own medical research, and to educate himself in psychology, neurology, pharmacology, molecular biology, integrative biology (as well as classical physics, electrophysics, chemistry, sociology, among other interests that he has take up studying).
Eventually he figured out what the underlying problems were, how they were working, and how to STOP them and REVERSE them. He's always been autistic (aspergers - high functioning autism), but learned to deal with it, and minimize its impact on his life. Trough his research, he has incidentally learned a lot about how autism works as well, how it is normally caused, and what it can lead to, if its progress is not stopped.
He also noticed how little the sufferers truly understood the underlying causes of their afflictions, as well as the medical community at large, and how the afflicted are disregarded and shunned, and the severity and legitimacy of their suffering is belittled by the very doctors who are supposed to be helping them. This is truly a sad an outrageous state of affairs, and we hope to change that status quo with this documentary.
What Are Some Obstacles You Face?
We do not currently have any real recording equipment and had to use a camera phone to make the video to explain what the crowdfunding campaign is about.
We have never made a documentary before, so we have no experience with these things, and this will be a learning experience for us.
We do not have a large personal social network, aside from siblings and a few close friends, so we also need help to spread the word. Please tell other people you know about this crowdfunding campaign, and why it deserves their attention.
