My name is Burt Welleford. In June of 2013 I'll begin my journey around the country on my third generation Vincent Black Shadow.

 I am doing this to raise awareness for The Shriners Hospitals for Children. The Shriners Hospitals provide FREE healthcare services to children across North America. In addition to the fact that there goal is helping children I chose to support them because they are able to spend 91% of all donations on actual services.

For the folks who would like to help me make this ride, this is the place. You can help me help the kids. I estimate the ride will cost about $5000.00 to complete. Don't worry I am not keeping any of this. After final accounting any remaining funds will also be donated to the Hospitals. Funds raised will be spent on things like food, fuel, lodging and if necessary parts for the bike along the way.

If you cant contribute with money please help get the word out about the ride. We can all do something!
