Short Summary
Hi, my name is Aramis of Vs.
My background is in the nightlife entertainment where i worked for many years, but music always been my true passion, so one day i decided to follow my dream, got a computer and software, learned how to create/produce music and by so materialize the many melodies and stories i kept hearing since a child. Today, against all odds, i am proud to say i've written and produced many songs, now is where a page is turning and a new journey begins, with all of you as companions.
I'm starting solo, but casting and prepping 3 amazing girls, same as me, they're no professionals, but their voice spoke to me, i heard something genuine, all lead singers, so when we're ready you'll see one, two, three or the four of us in our videos.
I can only hope i will inspire others to do likewise in following their dream, life is just too short.
What I'm Looking for
In order to continue on this journey, this project needs funds to go on, as i do everything by myself for the time being, including the marketing and promo, but also for the songs to be able to breathe at the professional level they were intended to be. The digital instruments do have their limits.
For example, the classical parts such has violins, pianos, french horns, are all digital/virtual, the quality does not compare to the real instrument, the 'too prefect' sound that makes it unreal, therefore i'm left with no other choice but to seek such quality for these musical arrangements. I have to reset my soundcloud but i'll make sure to share 1 or 2 songs i decided to leave alone yet are the perfect candidate for a makeover.
50k do seem like a lot of money, but when you start and book an orchestra by the hour, this amount can easily and quickly disappear in a day, especially true in NY City. Being alone with big ambitions means i'll need to hire all the musicians for the studio sessions.
Plus not all of the funds would go to the studio session and booking.
In short, the funds are,
1 to keep going on my own without having to sign with a label. (see number 4)
This is The single most important of all, the freedom to do your own music the way it was always intended, genuine and pure, this is priceless. Along with it, the direct bound you create with the fans, without the boss who sees you and i as numbers and statistics. I just want to do music the right way and share it with all.
2 to book real studios and real band/orchestra/choirs. ($20.000)
It usually cost much more, this would be a deal i'll be able to broker as i still have few connections:-) it will even be more interesting for me to hire a group of students as it would be an amazing experience for all parties.
Examples that comes to mind for the sound i'm going for are 'Florence and the Machine - Breath of Life', 'Metallica and the san francisco symphony orchestra', you have to dream Bold, otherwise its just a dream.
3 to shoot the next 5 music videos at a professional level ($10.000, staff/production included)
I want to make sure i give you a video for all the songs that are worth, the recording session with the orchestra should be part of these 5 videos, i have 3 songs i wish to record with the orchestra. I will tell you more on my updates.
4 to buy proper gears for a proper home studio/video camera. (-+ $10.000)
My studio for now is a computer, 2 monitors, 1 interface and mic, all done on Logic. A new computer alone, maxed out, is 4k, add the quality gears + acoustic changes in the room.
I will try my best and make it exciting when it comes to the perks, any ideas are welcome!
The Impact
This is not a selfish project and does not just stop at music, in the hopefully near future we want to start programs for kids with a passion in art but cant afford to buy instruments or go to school for it.

Proof of Concept
Not have much i can show you yet but all is in the works, i'm a one man corporation at the moment, yet it is only fair to give you something you can listen to and watch.
So the first song/video i will introduce is called 'I Dont Wanna Be a Celebrity', in it, though it seems as if i speak to a woman, she's actually representing the media on one side and a certain type of fans on the other, where both can be dangerous if not lethal in many ways, fame isnt my goal, create music is all i want to do and be good at it, thats how this song came about.
Also, I made the track you can hear in the background of this campaign video, i kind of like it so i think i'll work on it, record some vocals, make it a song, i'll update you on it along with other surprises.
