What is WeMontage?
WeMontage is a website that allows you to use your photos to make stunning, custom wallpaper photo collages. Yes, real wallpaper! And it peels on and off the wall very effortlessly!
But WeMontage is not about a website, pictures, or even wallpaper. WeMontage is about the visceral, emotional feeling you have when you see your friends and loved ones on your wall in really large images with stunning picture quality.

What does a WeMontage look like?
This is an example of a basic WeMontage created using the WeMontage web application.

You can customize the background color, number of images, and even the size and rotation angle of the photos. And you can make it as large you like (as a square or rectangle). 6ft. by 4ft. is the minimum size we make.
What inspired WeMontage?
My wife was watching an episode of Home By Novogratz, on HGTV, in which they were putting wallpaper photo collages in the basement of a family's home. I was mesmerized by the beauty and uniqueness of the concept. So, I looked around and discovered no one was truly making it easy to recreate what I saw on HGTV. And voila...WeMontage was born!
What will the money be used for?
IndieGoGo funds will allow me to complete and de-bug the almost-finished beta version of the website (see video demo of the site by clicking on the Gallery tab at the top of the page) and launch WeMontage to professional photographers and interior designers!

You will love it when you have a WeMontage hanging in your home. This access is exclusive because WeMontage will be for professional photographers and interior designers. Otherwise, you would have to go to your photographer or interior designer and have them create a WeMontage for you.

What will you need to use WeMontage?
VERY IMPORTANT:
You will need hi-resolution images. Here are some camera and images size guidelines:
Use a 4-6 megapixel camera if you want each image on the WeMontage to be 1ft. x1.5ft.
Use a 10 megapixel camera if you want each image on the WeMontage to be 2ft. x 3ft.
If you don't know how many mega pixels your camera has click here for smartphones (use filter to find your phone and look in far right column) & here for regular digital cameras (use filter to find your camera and look at 2nd column from right).
You will also need a computer to access the website and upload your photos, and, as with any wallpaper, a smooth, flat wall on which to hang your stunning WeMontage. You can create your own WeMontage, or we will provide some assistance.
