About The Exposures Project - please donate at http://www.zuriworks.org/donate

The Exposures Project is a photo education exhibit shot by cancer survivors. It depicts survival stories of women that would otherwise go untold. Portraying African American women battling cancer, the Exposures Project provides a fresh perspective on cancer and redefines what it means to be a survivor.

You can help ZuriWorks tell these women's stories! When you make a donation, you get a limited-edition Zuri Bracelet or photo from the project.

HOW YOU CAN HELP - DONATE HERE:  www.zuriworks.org/donate

Your donation will enable more women tell their stories and educate others about cancer prevention, screening, treatment, and survival.

Please use this opportunity to share your support for ZuriWorks and raise awareness about the impact of cancer on the women in your community.

To help even more, share this page with all your friends to help us raise awareness for this cause.

WHAT YOU'LL GET

  • You become the proud owner of an exclusive, limited-edition, "Life is a Journey" KiraKira designed bracelet for ZuriWorks in white, yellow, or rose gold.

  • A framed portrayal of the exquisite photographs of the Exposures Project. Each framed photo will be signed by a woman battling cancer. Please donate at http://www.zuriworks.org/donate

ABOUT ZURIWORKS FOR WOMEN'S HEALTH

ZuriWorks for Women’s health (www.zuriworks.org) is a non-profit organization that develops creative and culturally relevant arts and health programs that educate and enhance the quality of life of women impacted by cancer.

Through arts and health education programs and community engagement, ZuriWorks equips women with the tools and resources to prioritize self-care by increasing their use of screening, reducing delays in treatment, and empowering them to thrive in the during and after a cancer diagnosis.

ZuriWorks' Exposures Project provides women with vital emotional support while training them in documentary photography and community health advocacy. We teach women to document issues affecting their lives and help them to use their images and voices to build support for changes to improve cancer awareness, knowledge, and cancer care delivery in their communities.
