What is the benefit ordering the products on Indiegogo?
By ordering now on Indiegogo entitles you to a substantial discount, to the free shipping and to gifts related to the achievement of the goals. Above all, you'll become part of our project, will be the first to make the experience of Fixo and will receive our best future offers.
When will Fixo be shipped?
Fixo will be shipped to our contributors in July 2017 [updated]. We'll complete shipping in the same order as we've received contributions.
Is the shipping cost included?
Shipping is included in every Perks. This year Fixo will apply for CE and FCC certification that allow us shipping to Europe and the United States.
You will ship Fixo even if you don’t reach the goal?
Yes, this is the reason why we set a "flexible goal". We are receiving funding from investors outside the Indiegogo campaign but reaching the goal of the campaign can enable us to speed up our work and to reward our early supporters with additional gifts.
What is the challenge and the next steps planned?
Making a product so different from the ordinary like Fixo is not without challenges. That is why, before starting this campaign, we have spent a lot of time to find the right partners and to build working prototypes. In this page you can find our detailed timeline with the final steps towards production and shipping.
Has it an internal battery?
Yes, FIXO has a 4000 mah internal battery useful to listen to music for at least two hours, for example when you are in the garden. But, normally, it is meant to be used on its support and connected to the power plug.
How does Fixo connect to Internet?
Fixo connects to Internet through your local router with the standard Wi-Fi 802.11 B/G/N.
How does Fixo connect to the external accessories?
Smart Objects, external speakers and earphones are connected via Bluetooth 4.0/LE.
How many users does the Smart Scale support?
There is no formal limit to the number of users supported by the Smart Scale but, since Fixo distinguishes users by last known measurement, the higher the number of users the higher the probability of coincident weights. If in doubt, Fixo prompts to select the user to whom to attribute the measurement.
Can I order more than one Fixo, a larger number of units or have it with a custom software?
