I find undervalued radio properties for clients

Having been in broadcasting (in and out, one does have to eat), since forever, as a Program Director, Owner, Antenna Rep, and Consultant. All served me to help my clients find "undervalued" radio properties. Once acquired, engineering improvements on these stations helped the station by providing increased coverage within their respective markets. It also provided increased station value within that market. So now I have targeted some radio properties for myself and investors.
