<p>ArtEffects Theatre Company is a young, New York based company founded by working theatre artists Kristi McCarson, Zach McCoy, and Phil Newsom. &nbsp;Over the past two years, they have produced two successful evenings of one acts by resident playwrights (Almost Olive Juice&nbsp;and&nbsp;Tonight is Kinda Special), read and assisted in the development of nearly 100 new works by up-and-coming writers from all over the world, and have hosted two successful long-running workshops. &nbsp;Their Mission Statement reflects their commitment and appreciation of not only the work they do, but the artists they work with and the importance of art to our culture:<br></p><p><br></p><p>ArtEffects Theatre Company strives to provide a positive environment where each artist can express themselves freely without judgement.
