We are Trip O'Connell and Stacey Alexander. We share our three dogs, Chanel Joesy and Prada in Las Vegas, Nevada. Stacey is an IFBB Pro Bikini competitor and an amazing coach and personal training at our gym, A-Team Training Center. We are modest people that have simple life requirements. We try to surround ourselves with happy people and happy feelings. We aim to do right by our friends and family and look to help people change their lives through the addition of fitness and healthy living.
