CPE is a small group of professional engineers living in British Columbia, Canada. Together we have several decades of experience in the design, construction and operation of large projects for the extraction and transportation of natural resources like coal and oil. We also share a deep concern for the environment and believe that its preservation is valuable natural resource in itself. Our goal is to empower Canadians with an understanding of the risks and benefits of engineering projects.
