A "dream" playset for many.

A full cantina playset for your action figures to inhabit! Hole in the Ground Productions makes the best diorama kits out there. Now, this cantina playset will be the largest we've produced so far.

For many years we've had various parts available if collectors wanted to build their own cantina playset like Tables, Chairs, Stools, Bar, and Distillery. Now we are going a step further, giving you kits to build sitting alcoves, entryway, and the ability to connect them all.

There are different options to suit your display needs whether you want a single alcove with tables and seating or a complete playset to build everything.

Maybe you've already purchased tables and chairs from us and only need the structure of the building? Then we have options for you as well.

One thing to keep in mind is that we sell "kits", not finished items. So you will need to do the painting and assembly. However, this isn't too difficult and instructions are provided.

Hole in the Ground Productions has been making props and diorama kits for 17+ years. There may be other makers creating similar 3D printed items. That's not how we roll. Our products are resin cast and high quality. Accept nothing less than excellence. Stick with Hole in the Ground.

Keep in Mind....

There will likely be more detail than shown in the renderings pictured. In some cases parts already available from Hole in the Ground (tables, chairs, etc) were crudely modeled simply to show sizing compared with new items. Also, with the full cantina, it includes a rear door not shown in any of the pics. Here are pictures of items already in production. Stretch Goals

There are two primary stretch goals. One which unlocks parts you can get for exterior elements and another unlocks a set of back rooms. One of these is an office for the cantina owner along with desk and chair. The other room is a storage and utility room and comes with accessories as well. The back rooms are shown here in grey. Whether or not you get the back rooms, there is a rear door included (not shown). This goal unlocks once the campaign reaches $4500.

Exterior entrance detail will unlock at $4500 as well. This includes an archway that connects to the entryway and another small room to the left with hitching post and door (door not shown in render).

Other Details

This Wall Greeblie will be included with both "Bar and More" sets and both "Complete Cantina" sets.

This barrel rack will be included with the "back rooms" expansion stretch goal.

This chair and desk set will be included with the "back rooms" expansion stretch goal. Note this is just the prototype and not the final resin cast item.

So with all HITG has created thus far, why go with a crowdfund campaign?

To be honest, I'd prefer we didn't have to. However, a big project like this benefits greatly from the ability to essentially take pre-orders and guarantee a return on the investment for the project. Additionally, how exciting is it for the collecting community to know they're all waiting on something cool to hit their doorstep?

If this isn't a project that interests you, please at least consider at least sharing the campaign with others. Without word of mouth, these campaigns go nowhere. And if you have ideas for other items you'd like to see Hole in the Ground produce, please let us know!
