How do I choose colors of DOQ and/or Powerwallet?
After the campaign is finished we will send out a survey to you asking for your color preference along with Powerwallet cable type, shipping address, and more.
DOQ is a wireless charging station for all your devices. It’s A-frame design features two angled sides both equipped for wireless charging. In the center of the DOQ is a slot to hold an apple watch charging base. On the back of the DOQ are two additional USB ports to allow for connected power.
Does DOQ work without Powerwallet? Can I just get the DOQ?
DOQ can work without Powerwallet and you can buy the DOQ on its own.
What can I charge on the DOQ?
With two wireless charging faces you can charge two devices simultaneously. With the two additional USB Ports you can also plug in your apple watch charging base and even charge a 4th device with a charging cable.
Powerwallet is a simple and sleek wallet that helps to ensure your devices stay charged throughout the day. Powerwallet features a 3000mAh battery with an attached charging cable (You can select either: Lightning, mUSB, or USB-C).
What charging cables come with Powerwallet? Does it work with my device?
Powerwallet comes with an attached cable so you don’t have to always carry an extra on you. You are able to select one cable type with the wallet: Lightning, mUSB, or USB-C.
Does Powerwallet wirelessly charge my device?
Powerwallet does not have a wireless charging output. It is only an input of wireless charging, meaning that the wallet itself can be wirelessly charged, but it CANNNOT charge your phone wirelessly. We chose a connected output because it offers a faster charging solution, which is important when you’re on the go.
How much of a charge does Powerwallet provide to my device?
Powerwallet features a 3000mAh battery. This provides at least one charge to most of the new phones.
Battery sizes for the newest phones: iPhoneX – 2716mAh, Samsung s8 – 3000maH, Google Pixel 2 – 2700mAh.
How long does it take to charge Powerwallet?
Powerwallet will take about 4-6 hours to fully charge on the DOQ or any other Qi certified wireless charger. Charging times can vary depending on objects or additional material between the charging pad and the wallet.
Will the battery in Powerwallet affect my credit card?
The battery in Powerwallet will have no effect on your credit card magnetic strips. However, we cannot speak for old hotel cards.
How many credit cards does Powerwallet hold?
Powerwallet is designed for easy access to 6 cards and a pocket for cash, however, it can fit up to 10 cards.
What material is DOQ + Powerwallet made from?
Powerwallet is handcrafted with premium genuine leather. The DOQ is made with aolid aluminum and some plastic that encloses wireless charging pads and the charging adapter.
