We ship to all countries except Guatemala. Unfortunately, our delivery partner doesn’t have a good delivery partner here. How do I connect Travis Touch to the internet?
You can connect your Travis to a WiFi-network or turn your mobile phone into a mobile hotspot and use data from that. You can also insert a nano SIM card (with a data plan) in your Travis, which you can then turn into a mobile hotspot itself too.Does Travis Touch work offline?
Travis Touch provides limited offline translation in a few languages, but the accuracy is not as good as online translation. We always recommend using a fast internet connection to ensure the best translation. We continue to add offline translations via our updates so you may expect continuous improvement from us here.Which languages do you support?
When connected to the internet Travis Touch translates the following 105 languages. A small number of languages are not supported in China.
Some languages are not supported in the voice in/voice out functionality. For the languages that do not support voice out, a translation in text will be displayed.

Travis wants to do good. That’s why for every translator we sell, we donate $2.50 to Travis Foundation, our sister organization that digitizes lesser-resourced languages. Travis Foundation is currently focusing on Tigrinya, the major language of Eritrea, since the language isn't digitized yet. This causes a problem for the 4,000-5,000* Eritreans who flee their home every month and need to make themselves understood in their new country of residence. If you would like to donate more, you can simply click the 'Back It' button at the top of the page. All donations that come through there will be transferred to the Travis Foundation.
