We've been knocked down but don't count us out!
As you may have seen and heard, the South Street Seaport area has been devastated by Hurricane Sandy. Sea levels rose to over 15 feet in the East River pouring over 6 feet of water into SUteiShi, totally destroying it as well as many surrounding businesses.
SUteiShi has been a labor of love for the past 6 years. We feel so welcomed here in this quaint Historic Front Street neighborhood. We could NEVER think of NOT reopening... but we need your help.
The plan is to re-open SUteiShi, better than before and within 6 months. It will take a lot of money and extra love to put SUteiShi back on the map.
