An inventor works tirelessly at his latest creation. His thoughts lingering on happier times, he strives to create the only thing that will bring them back: a time machine.

To shoot three short films in three days. What could be simpler?
Deep in the Ottawa Valley, among the feet of the towering Laurentians (not far from the ancestral Godin homelands) is The Cottage. A simple, rustic building, it is the setting for our three films. The idea for a shoot at the cottage had been bouncing around for a while, unable to get traction. How to make a trip from Toronto to the Valley worth it? The answer: shoot. A lot. And shoot some more. And then when you feel like sleeping, grab a coffee and shoot even more.
We would leave Toronto Thursday night and arrive at the cottage around midnight. Maybe get a few winks here. Then, Friday morning, the mayhem begins. Shoot all day. Saturday, shoot all day again. Sunday? You guessed it, another day of nothing but shooting. Monday, we get up, pack our bags and start back down the 401. Crazy? You bet your ass. Doable? Absolutely. Easily. (Ok maybe not easily). But with the amazing crew we've put together, and your generous help, we will shoot three films in three days.
The cottage is a beautiful setting. A beautiful setting deserves to be captured with a quality camera and lit with quality lights. And so, the majority of the funds will go towards the renting of gear. After that (and if there is any left over) the funds will contribute to the art department and the purchasing of props, wardrobe and set decoration. As of now, the crew will be paying its own travel and food costs.
