Short Summary
We are Jendia Gammon and Gareth L. Powell, multiple award-nominated and award-winning authors and editors of speculative fiction books and short stories. We have formed Stars and Sabers Publishing, a new publishing imprint which produces science fiction, fantasy, horror, and mystery books. Learn more about us on our website. Of Enchantment, Enigma, and the Infinite is our second anthology, and is magic-themed. Expect tales of mysticism, spells, wonder, and even a bit of mayhem! We seek funding to help pay our authors, manage publishing costs, and shipping.
We're writers who love supporting other writers, and we want to make marvelous books for our readers. This campaign will help us continue our imprint's publishing goals, hopefully allowing us to publish many more anthologies, several of which we already have planned. Your contribution directly helps pay our authors for their stories, and ensures the longevity of our publishing company.
What We Need & What You Get
We have set a fundraising goal of $20,000 for the anthology writing, editing, production, shipping, and publishing costs, plus any promotional needs we will need to fund as well.
You will get stories from fantasy authors from all around the world! As before, there will be eBook, paperback, and hardcover editions. Print editions will be beautifully wrapped and shipped directly to you, if you contribute at those tiers that feature them.

You can start at $5, which gets you an acknowledgement in this lovely book. The perks only get better from there, with all tiers from $10 and above receiving special book swag (such as bookmarks or postcards, and/or stickers) as well as a book acknowledgement. From $20 and above, explore our tiers to see which format of book you'd prefer, starting with eBooks at that level and print versions at higher tiers. The highest tiers offer some truly wonderful opportunities, some of which are limited to a few backers.
Even if we don't meet this initial goal, this book still gets made. Authors get paid first. Funds raised go directly to the making of the book: production, promotion, and shipping.
The Impact
You are contributing to a growing publishing company! Stars and Sabers publishes human-written books and contracts human artists and editors. You are helping us to expand fantasy fiction, via our showcasing both established and up-and-coming fantasy fiction writers.
Risks & Challenges
We realize that production processes like book printing may encounter situations beyond our control, as may shipping, leading to delays of delivery. We will keep you apprised of any potential challenges. We have a team of assistants at the ready to help with deliverables.
