It is Available for ALL!
Few months back, after trying many "Big names" of 3D printers using different technologies.. I felt disappointed for having bad quality and precise in making good shape with a beautiful end results..
And after searching, spending & experimenting over 2000 hours looking for good machine and compare prices, I decided to build my own machine using either DLP or SLA technology, so after experimenting and testing it in my lab, finally.. my dream of having high resolution printer comes to life!
Therefore, I'd loved to share with everybody in this world my experience in putting my machines between everyone's hand to in order to share it with your friends & colleagues..
Today..
I came up with "The" most affordable, fastest, cheapest, precise, open source DLP 3D printer at your place where ever you are, with the best price ever comparing with other big Brands in this industry..
Why DLP Technology?
Simply.. FDM technology can not match high resolution or speed running with DLP or SLA tech, beside some facts:
1. I was looking for a big challenge to reach 50 micron layer thickness even less, with larger printing bed I can reach.. and I did, and it is True!
2. To bring 3D printing technology into everyone's home.. True!
3. To build a quality and affordable 3D printer that everyone can enjoy! True!
4. I want this technology to be available to everyone at great and affordable price!.. True!
5. Assembling and using the 3D printer should be also easy to use with minimal efforts.. True!
6. Challenge many big Brands in this industry, True!
So, lets take a look on the technical comparison:
Why my Project Matters
Many prominent people believe 3D printing technology is not ready for the home. I respectfully disagree. When you help me to succeed, you are helping to bring this technology to everyone at a price that is easily affordable.
My reason for starting this project is simple: there are no low-cost 3D printers that meet the quality standards of the professional designer. As researchers at the MIT Media Lab, I was lucky to experience the best and most expensive fabrication equipment in the world. But, I became frustrated by the fact that all the professional-quality 3D printers were ridiculously expensive (read: tens of thousands of dollars) and were so complex to use. In 2013, I decided to build a solution to this problem myself, and I am now ready to share it with the world.

Machine Features:
You can put up the Kit and use DLP or LED projectors to shine a 1024 x 768 pixel image onto a layer of photo-initiated polymer resin. The result is a quick solid cure of the entire layer in one operation. The layer thickness is typically 50 microns but your model can be sliced even thinner if you need even higher resolution.
Printer Size & Weight: 20cm*30cm*55cm , kit is about (3.5 kg) (7.5 kg with projector)
Accuracy: Resolutions in the z axis from 50-100 microns.
Speed: from 24 to 48 mm per hour.
Build Volume: 102.4 mm (4.03″) x 76.8 mm (3.02″) x 1400 mm (5.50″) at the 50 micron.
Projector: The Full kit with "Projector" perk includes a 1024x768 DLP projector, tested and ready for use. Since every one has their own specifications, it would be unnecessary to attach a high resolution projector to your machine. You can find projectors for about $200 - $300 on e-Bay, which would be suited for 99% of all your applications.

Why I need Funding!
As some of you may know, I already have some funding (app~ for making some DLP complete kits) but in this campaign, I am planning to provide at least 20 complete kits, plus to have some Balsa wood, Acrylic sheets, light aluminium sheets, also to buy 40x30 Laser cutting machine to produce frames for the printers (of course, laser machine in based on the fund collected at the end of this campaign, otherwise, I'll use third party supplier to accomplish that stage).
However, the magnitude of my dream is too big in this project, and All I need is your support to accelerate development and to help me bring my machines into manufacture and into your homes.
Take a look on what I provide in this campaign:
