Hello humble viewer!
Hello and thank you for being here. We are the team of "A Film." A short film written and directed by Alvie Hurt, produced by Charles-Austin & Amy West. We are all current students at the Santa Fe University of Art & Design, majoring in film production.
We are trying to get "A Film." funded as we believe the project can succeed in the world of festivals, and who knows, maybe even more. We need your help with funding this project because it will help us achieve our ultimate goal: not only making the film but making it the best it possibly can be. With high production value and quality, ready for competition.
What we need and what you get need
So what do we need? We are asking for 5,000 USD to make "A Film." This will be going to all the festival submission costs which are pretty expensive especially as we intend to submit to A LOT of them. Other things are the obvious, transportation and catering for our cast and crew as well as all of the props and costumes we will need. Finally, we will use it for any contracts we might need for locations and if we need any external equipment our school might not provide.

And if we don't reach our goal, the money will still be distributed as planned but in smaller quantities.
Why are we so special?
Some of you might be thinking, why this project? How do I know it will be so successful? Well, the answer to that is, we have already made this film before. That is correct, this is a remake of a short film made last year which went to a couple of film festivals in the south-east. We tried to go to bigger festivals but they wouldn't consider us because of the quality of the film. This is why we guarantee a successful and beautiful work of art.
Problems? What are those?
Our entire team is composed of students in different areas of filmmaking, each having vast experience in their particular department, so we are very confident and comfortable with what we are doing. Having said that, if challenges arise we have the ability to seek for help with other students and faculty of our university who are in full support of this project as the original was very well received in our institution.
