*Short Summary*

Anna-Maria suffers from Rett Syndrome, a rare neurological disease. Since Macedonia has no center for children with rare neurological diseases, she stays at home and unfortunatelly does not receive any treatment, although she is in urgent need of daily exercises with physical therapist and special education teacher. Because of seizures, inability to use her hands she's wearing a diapers. Because her inability to eat and drink by herlself, partial inability to move on her own, she needs constant accompaniment. I (her mother) and her father are trying to provide gluten-free foods and dietary supplements that in Macedonia are very expensive, and we are not quite able to do so.

*What We Need & What You Get*

You will help to provide physical therapy at home and daily work with special education teacher as well as constant companion who will keep and take care of Anna-Maria while we are at work.
All this is not very expensive taken in our standards, but unfortunatelly we are not able to provide it - it takes no more than 600 USD per month.
You will take part in returning childs life to "normal" frames, although we don't want to use the word normal.  

*The Impact*

The Rett syndrome is really rear and there's no cure for it, only improvements. Children facing this rare syndrome deserve better life, and Anna-Maria is only one of them.
