Overview

Over the last few years, the response to the Anthologion and our other projects has been truly astonishing.

We want our backers, past and present, to know what kinds of doors have been miraculously opened through your support. Through your generosity, you have helped transform lives through a mission to bring the teachings and worship of the ancient Christian Faith to people around the world and preserve these treasures for generations to come.

The global impact of the Anthologion has been unexpected and humbling. As we embark on its third printing, we continue to hear stories from the far corners of the earth. From guiding prisoners toward redemption to aiding missionaries in spreading the message of our Faith, this book has become a light of hope in our tumultuous world.

Just this past year, we have begun collaborating with the Orthodox Christian Mission Center (OCMC) and Orthodox bishops to translate the Anthologion into local languages. In many places, new Orthodox Christian converts are not able to worship in their own languages—but now that is changing! As we speak, translators are using the Anthologion as a framework to bring Orthodox worship to the faithful in Africa and Latin America.

Every backer is a vital part of this effort.

As Ye Have Requested of Us...

In response to many requests, we are delighted to announce the publication of a “Traditional English” edition of the Anthologion, featuring the beloved “thees” and “thous.” To honor the steadfast support of our community, we would love to put this desired book into your hands.

What We Need

Ultimately, we are not sure about the demand for a Traditional English edition. Emailed requests are great and guide us in developing our next projects. But design, layout, and printing is a significant investment, and so we need to be sure this is something that people truly want.

To print the Anthologion in “Traditional English” we are seeking $24,220. Of this, 10% will go to finishing the layout and proofing, 80% will go to hard printing costs and shipping, and the remaining 10% will go to offsetting IndieGoGo’s processing fees.

What You Get

Backers will have their names printed in the Acknowledgements section inside the book, along with our sincere gratitude.

At the level of $100+, backers will receive printed copies of the book according to the selected perks package.

Stretch Goals!

#1) If we surpass the goal by 20%, we will be able to upgrade backer copies from standard bonded leather to genuine sheepskin leather. Sheepskin covers are always in high demand, and this is your unique opportunity to get one of these beautiful heirloom covers.

#2) If we surpass the goal by 30%, we will also produce an expanded second printing of our hardcover Pocket Prayer Book in Traditional English, and each backer will get a copy of that as well.
