When we designed AYO, we put special attention to all the details. We are proud to say that we have spent thousands of hours on iterations and improvements that makes AYO an amazing device!
In the last 3 years, we have gone through numerous prototype versions of AYO. AYO's smart algorithm has been developed with close attention to in-depth knowledge of Chronobiology and light treatment, and we are especially pleased of its ability to make custom programs for each individual user, as well as being able to adapt over time and get better with continued usage.
We are already in production and have delivered the orders to the majority of our loyal backers! The remaining orders as well as the future ones are being delivered in May 2017. When do I need to wear AYO?
AYO App will provide you with the specific time of usage that in most situations correspond to your mornings or evenings, depending on the program you have chosen.
Do I need to wear AYO with opened or closed eyes?
Use AYO with your eyes open and it will not interfere with your vision. Using AYO with open eyes is completely safe.
How long do I need to wear AYO in order to feel an effect?
It depends on the program you select and your desired effect. In case of the Energy program, you can start feeling the effect of AYO in as little as 20 minutes of usage.
