RISKS & CHALLENGES
We've worked hard to eliminate the risks behind this project with all the work we've put in so far. We began with our idea in early 2013 and have worked through several improved versions of the product. We have done extensive testing and added the best features, such as the detachable and rechargeable battery.
Despite Balight being a huge hit at big electronics shows and successful sample product testing, we continued perfecting the product before fulfilling pre-orders. We have been super conservative in our timeline to ensure Balight is the best it can be, and that we can exceed expectations!

Q. Why do you charge the international shipping fee?
A. The gross weight of a Balight is about 1500g, so a shipping fee will apply on orders outside of China. By purchasing through our crowdfunding campaign, you are saving significantly over future retail price even with the added shipping cost. We may make the fee adjustment for re-grouped orders to the same address. Please contact us for details.
Q. How can I select a preferred color when I place an order?
A. As we offer Balight in 4 different colors, you can note your color selection along with your address information in your order.
And we will be contacting you via a backer survey or email to re-confirm your color selection after the crowdfunding campaign ends. Thanks for your support!
Q. Can I put my OWN PICTURES or TEXTS on the wheel?
A. Absolutely yes! Balight App will be free to download on the App Store shortly after the project ends. You can upload your own pictures or texts to the App or make your edits to the pre-loaded content. With a user-friendly interface, it's very easy to customize your display.
Q. At what distance does the anti-theft alarm work on the Balight App?
A. Between 5 to 25 meters.
