What do I have to do to get my money back?
You don’t have to do anything! We have issued refunds for all backers (Including those who donated!) You should see the funds back in your account within 5 working days.
What happened!?
We would like to thank everyone who backed us and showed their support! You are all awesome! The sad truth is we didn’t raise enough to put on any of the live shows this time.
Will you consider trying again in the future?
Yes! We are looking at how we can make a potential future Batmetal LIVE campaign a success. This has certainly been a learning experience for us, and there are definitely things we can do better next time.
Here are some of the things we would do different:
1. Start smaller. One show in one country + plus a livestream for our fans worldwide.
2. More exclusive perks (Back stage tours, dinner with the creators etc…)
3. More financial transparency
Does this affect Batmetal?
Nope! The Youtube series will go on as normal :)
What happens if I canceled the credit card I used to make my original contribution? How will I get my refund?
Your refunded contribution will still get sent back to your original credit card's issuing bank without issue. The issuing bank will determine how to get the funds to you:
If there is a balance owed on the card, it offsets the balance. If you opened up a different card, the issuer usually transfers the credit to the new account. Sometimes the issuer will cut a check to the customer. Regardless of which way the issuing bank handles this, the card issuer will handle reimbursing the backer. We recommend reaching out to your issuing bank if you have any questions about how you will be receiving a refund sent to your canceled credit card.

We're campaigning to make Batmetal Live a reality. We want to hire venues around the world to put on a special event celebrating all things metal. Every show will feature a live band of real musicians playing alongside a holographic Bats.
The show will also be professionally animated. It's important we match the level of quality of the excellent Batmetal videos! Holographic technology lets us take Bats and bring him to life onstage like you've never seen before!
Batmetal Live will feature the music of Dethklok, Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer, Nile, Iron maiden, and more! (Including fan suggested songs too! - stay tuned for that!)

FAQ
What venues!?
Venues and travel information will be announced Mid May. We won't know exactly what venue to book until we know how many people are interested - which is why it is important to pledge your interest asap! All venues will be within a 10 mile radius of each city, with excellent transport links.
I don't understand! Why should I pledge without knowing the venue?
When you pledge you are letting us know you are interested and you can travel to the city. If 500 people pledge for a particular city - we can book a venue that holds 500. If 2000 people pledge, we can book somewhere bigger. Waiting to pledge until after we've announced venues is bad as it makes the numbers look smaller, thus the venue will be smaller, meaning we cannot guarantee your place!
What if you announce a venue and I no like it!?
No problem! We will happily refund your pledge(s) - using indiegogo means there is no risk to you.
What if the show doesn't happen?
It's indiegogo - so you get 100% of your money back.
What kind of tickets are these?
Standing only.
I already donate to the ArhyBES patreon, can I have a ticket?
Funds donated to Patreon are for beer and animation. BATMETAL LIVE tickets can be pre-ordered exclusively via the campaign.
Can I take photos of the show?
Yes, but no flash please
Does the show use special FX?
Yes. Batmetal LIVE uses a variety of stage FX. Including STROBE and PYROTECHNICS.
How does it work?
BATMETAL LIVE uses top secret Wayne Enterprises holographic technology to bring the characters to life.
Is there disabled access?
Disabled access is available at all Batmetal LIVE Performances.
Can I bring children?
Under 14's MUST be accompanied by an adult.
