Worum geht es im BeerFilm?
Die junge Vietnamesin AYUMI(25) kehrt zum Ort ihrer Kindheit zurück und enthüllt ein lang gehütetes Geheimnis. Kurz nach Ihrer Ankunft gerät Sie zwischen die Fronten eines Krieges um etwas magischs, nein, etwas göttliches - eine unleerbare Bierflasche.
Die ortsansässige Bierindustrie versucht, dem langsam aussterbenden Dorf ebendiese Flasche Bier zu entreißen, hat jedoch nicht mit einer so starken Gegenwehr gerechnet. Mit Hilfe der Bürgermeisterin Leni(70), dem örtlichen Alkoholiker Ralle(65) sowie dem dumdoofen Taxifahrer Sven(30) schlagen die Dorfbewohner zurück, um das magische Bier zu bewahren und das langsam aussterbende Dorf mit dessen Hilfe wieder aufzubauen.
Was brauchen wir und wofür?
Unser erstes Ziel liegt bei 75.000€, mit dem wir den Film realisieren können - mit dem wir allerdings viele Abstriche in der Qualität des Films hinnehmen müssen. Unser zweites Ziel von 125.000€ würde BeerFilm noch blutiger, effektreicher und witziger machen.

Warum muss es einen BeerFilm geben?
Weil Bier das beliebteste alkoholische Getränk der Welt ist! Fast jeder von uns trinkt es gerne mal und hat gleichzeitig viel Spaß dabei. BeerFilm vereinigt beide Elemente. Spaß, Bier und eine Menge Action.
Schon allein aus diesem Grund haben wir bereits eine Zielgruppe, für die der Film interessant wäre. Wer die Filme Hot Fuzz, Kill Bill Vol.1 & 2 oder auch Kung Fu Hustle mochte, der wird mit dem BeerFilm die Zeit seines Lebens haben.
Risiken und Herausforderungen
Bei Filmdrehs gibt es viele Risiken, auf die man zuvor achten muss. Doch wie bei unserer letzten Produktion waren wir auf fast alles immer vorbereitet. Dazu gehören:
- Krankheiten
- Wetter
- Unfälle
- Transport
- und viele andere Eventualitäten
Was auf jeden Fall feststeht: Es werden Dinge schiefgehen und der Film wird anders, als wir ihn uns bis jetzt vorstellen. Doch das ist keinesfalls schlimm. Mit Vorbereitung, vielen Gesprächen über eben diese Thematik und das richtige Projektmanagement helfen, stets besonnen auf alles reagieren zu können.

What's BeerFilm all about?
As the young vietnamese woman Ayumi(25) returns to the place of her childhood, she unintentionally uncovers a secret that's been kept hidden, carefully, until that day. Soon after her arrival she finds herself right on the fence in a war, induced by something magical - no - something sacred: a never ending bottle of beer.
This very bottle of beer becomes subject in the attempts of the local beer industry which wants to take it from the dying village but did not expect such strong resistance. With gathered forces the villages Mayor Leni(70), the local alcoholic Ralle(65) and the most loyal but gormlessly naïve taxi driver Sven(30) the villagers strike back to keep the magical beer to themselves and save the village from extinction.
What do we need?
Our first goal is 75.000€, that's actually enough to make the movie - but that just with major limitations in terms of quality. With our second goal of 125.000€ BeerFilm will become more bloody, even more gory and after all funnier.

Shooting and producing Films is a risky business, But throughout our past productions we learned, what we have to keep an eye on:

What's for sure: things will go wrong and the film is going to differ from our current imagination. But that's not a bad thing at all. With preparation, many discussions about these very topics and the right project management we're able to prevent to a certain degree and to react thoughtfully and in time.
