People love outdoor barbecuing. It is fun and enjoyable for everyone, but the storage, transportation, and cleanup process with normal equipment is dreadful. Campers, for example, require people to store and transport heavy equipment. BISON, in its compact and highly transportable structure allows you to bring an essential cooking platform to enhance your overall outdoor experience. With BISON’s proprietary BBQ grill design that is easy to clean and allows for simple yet flavorful cooking, you are able to cook high quality food for everyone.

 ABOUT PRODUCT

The BISON Rolling Grill is made for backpacking campers and outdoor enthusiasts. This unique design allows you to roll up the grill into a compact size (from 250 mm 9.85 in x 300 mm 11.8 in to 50 mm 1.97 in x 300 mm 11.8 in). Set up is easy and intuitive; you can start barbecuing in less than a minute. The Rolling Grill Set also includes a size-adjustable stake stand for campfire setups that makes it easy to increase desired heat levels.

Aluminum & Hard Anodizing

Durable yet light-weight aluminum construction and superior non-stick Teflon® coat provides long lasting performance for your outdoor grill experience.

The Whole package includes 1) a rolling grill 2) a grill guard 3) stake stand and 4) a sack. The package weighs less than 1.2 pounds / 0.55 kg. The Grill’s non-stick hard anodized coating offers hassle-free cleaning, and it is also dishwasher safe. The Rolling Grill will become one of your must-haves for any outdoor experience.

The air fusion-hollowed grill prevents burn marks that produce heterocyclic amines (HCAs) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) on your food, which improves the quality of your food and allows for healthy consumption.

Risks and challenges

Engineering 
Hard anodizing provides excellent chemical resistance, low friction and excellent non-stick properties. We are contacting 3rd companies to increase its resistance and prevent abrasion. We are currently working with several coating companies and cooking ware manufacturing companies to increase its quality.

Mass Production 
Outdoor season is very close! We are working with local prototype makers and manufacture to meet the delivery date (25th of August). The first production goal is 2,000 pcs. Our 20+ years in design and manufacturing experience, will enable our head designer to oversee a successful production to meet our goal on time.
