A: Yes, it will be work in any country, it covers the global frequency and offers global full 4G signal. Can be compatible with every US telecom operators like T-mobile、 AT&T Wireless、Verizon Wireless、Sprint Nextel &Alltel; Australia telecom operators like Telstra, Optus,Vodafone, etc.
Q: How many sim cards can be in the phone?
A: 2 Sims & 1 TF card. Dual 4G standby, either Sim can work on 4G, while one is working on 4G, the other one can be working on 2G/3G, can not be working on 4G on both SIMs at the same time.

A: Return & replacement within 15 days of delivery and 1 year warranty.
Q: When will the phone be shipped and what is the shipping time?
A: We are expected to ship in Aug. 2018. The shipping time depends on different carriers and different regions. We will notify you of the delivery time by email when we ship.
Q: Which regions are available for shipping and how much is the shipping fee?
A: Worldwide shipping and we are offering worldwide free shipping to all of our backers. We currently do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes.
