The Bite 

This indie horror project is run entirely by volunteers located in and around the Bristol (UK) area. 

Our mission is to create an authentically ‘Brizzle’ sort film showcasing the undiscovered talent roaming the streets and propping up the bars in our historically diverse and vibrant community.

If we manage to match the small amount of funding that the local council has offered us, we will be able to give our volunteers the leg up in their industry, giving them the experience they need to get a foot in the door. 

The Rub

Here’s a quick breakdown of where your money will be going. 

$560 - Insurance

$800 - Makeup

$640 - High power generator

$480 - Food

$100 - Other unforeseen stuff (e.g. gaff tape, cables etc…)

The remainder will be for tax and contingency.

In return we have lots to offer you in the way of perks, from ‘Bitten’ to ‘Fully Revenant’. Donations will be credited in the film itself. So you will have funded it… we will be eternally grateful… and your name (and possibly face) will be up there in lights.

The Point

Basically, we need your support to make this happen now. We are such huge horror fans ourselves, and what we want to make is a beautiful, tight little short that is so impactful and fresh it makes all the people who contributed money, time or advice proud to have been involved.
