Hello! My name is Alicia Hall, and I am the proud owner of Bomb Charcuterie, a small woman-owned business in Puyallup/Sumner, WA. I am reaching out to you today with a heartfelt request for support as we embark on an exciting new chapter in our journey.

The story of Bomb Charcuterie is one of resilience, passion, and determination. What began as a simple desire to bond with my daughter over a virtual cheese workshop in November 2020, quickly blossomed into a thriving business. Unintentionally stepping into the world of charcuterie, I have found joy and purpose in creating beautiful grazing arrangements and becoming an entrepreneur.
Despite the challenges of navigating the regulations and requirements of running a food business, I persevered. From operating in my home kitchen to facing setbacks with the health department, every obstacle only fueled my determination to succeed. With the support of my family, friends, the community and the owners of our current commercial kitchen, we overcame hurdles and obtained the necessary permits to operate legally.

After two years of hard work and dedication, Bomb Charcuterie is ready to take the next step in our evolution. We envision a space where we can expand our offerings to include artisan sandwiches, provisions for DIY cheese and charcuterie boards, and an elevated client experience from order to delivery. Our goal is to create a welcoming and inspiring environment where food lovers can indulge in the art of cheese and charcuterie.

The city's reclassification of our business has resulted in unforeseen permit fees, adding considerable strain to our budget.
