In 2022, we launched the Boss Babe Academy with a bold vision—to empower, educate, and uplift girls so they could step into their full potential.
Since then, we have served over 50 girls, providing them with the mentorship, network, skills, and confidence they need to succeed. But as we grow, so does the urgency of our mission.
Teen girls today are facing unprecedented challenges.
1 in 3 teen girls struggles with mental health concerns, including anxiety and depression.
Colorado ranks among the top states for teen suicide rates, a crisis that continues to escalate.
Teen dating violence is a growing epidemic, with nearly 1 in 3 young women experiencing abuse in their relationships.
But here’s what we know: when girls are empowered, they are less likely to be abused. When they have access to mentorship, leadership skills, and a supportive community, they can break cycles of violence and poverty and create a new future full of opportunity.
When we share stories, we build community and that's what the Boss Babe Academy is all about.
Through our four powerful pillars—business, mental health, confidence building, and self-expression—our scholars are given real-world tools to navigate life’s challenges. Influential women from across industries come to speak, mentor, and educate these young leaders, showing them what’s possible when they take control of their futures.
And now, we’re growing.
In 2025, we are doubling our impact by expanding from one cohort to two—one dedicated to middle school students and another for high school. We are increasing our capacity to serve 60 girls, ensuring that more young women have access to this life-changing experience.
But for many of these girls, financial barriers stand in the way. We believe no girl should miss out on this opportunity due to financial hardship. That’s why we are committed to offering scholarships and financial assistance, so every girl who wants to attend has the chance to do so.
We have already seen the transformation. Italia, born to be a leader confidently steps outside of her comfort zone to meet friends and to be a voice for other girls. Aliyah, who once struggled to find her voice and identity, is now a powerful advocate for herself and others.
This is the impact of Boss Babe Academy.
Will you join us? Your support means more girls can access the mentorship, education, and opportunities they deserve. Together, we can change the future—one girl at a time.
