Light Mode 1: MEETING LIGHT (Ring Light)

Designed to display you in your most flattering light, Meeting mode reduces shadows and enhances clarity. Easily adjust the brightness and light temperature to look your best in professional meetings and presentations.

Light Mode 2: HAPPY LIGHT

Happy mode simulates natural sunlight to help combat Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). An adjustable brightness of up to 10,000 LUX provides a boost in mood and energy. For best results, use for one hour and track your progress with the light indicator (10 minute intervals).

Light Mode 3: BREATHING LIGHT

Busy day? Take a moment to destress. Breathing mode leads you through calming exercises based on the Box Breathing Technique (4 sec inhale-4 sec hold-4 sec exhale-4 sec hold, repeat) to help you get to a more mindful place and reset.

Light Mode 4: FOCUS LIGHT

Get into the zone with Focus mode. Its rhythmic lighting (two patterns and light motion) is known to help increase productivity by maintaining visual stimulation and minimizing distractions.

Light Mode 5: BUSY LIGHT

If you’ve ever wished you could put up a “Do Not Disturb” sign in your home office or open office space, Busy mode is for you. Working concurrently in any mode, it displays a “BUSY” signal on either side of the light to help you manage interruptions throughout the day.
