WHAT IS BWiFF? We're the Blue Whiskey Independent Film Festival, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization based in the greater Chicagoland area. We seek out bold and innovative filmmakers that utilize story elements in a new and exciting way, presenting character-driven independent cinema to the community that is fueled by the filmmaker's passion for the art without large studio support.

WHAT ARE WE FUNDRAISING FOR? Producing an independent film is a tough business and BWiFF is an excellent way for the most creative and engaging of these films to be exhibited to the public. The AMC Randhurst in Mount Prospect is the ideal location for us to move as we enter our seventh year. The venue will provide us the opportunity to present these independent films the way they were intended to be experienced.

LOCATION IS EVERYTHING. And Randhurst Village is the perfect space for our festival to continue to grow. The AMC Randhurst is easily accessible with no-hassle parking, a variety of highly-rated restaurants nearby ideal for after party celebrations and even within walking distance of an excellent hotel for our out-of-town guest filmmakers.
